How to use this device (Using “Good, Better, Best” Markers):
Goal: Take good deep effective breaths at an ideal and sustainable flow rate.
Scenario to follow: Set your volume goal to 2500 on the right (of course the higher the better but set the goal as per instructions you may have received). Then as you inhale in the mouthpiece, watch the yellow cup move and float up. The ideal flow rate is marked as the BEST. Try to keep the yellow cup floating in the Better -BEST range and still achieve the Volume goal on the right. Once you can consistently achieve both the volume goal and maintain the float cup in the Best range. It is time to move to a larger volume GOAL.
