We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. You may not receive your order once the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

In order for your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
